With over 40 years of hands-on coaching experience, our team uses detailed movement assessments and personalized programming to guide each member through a clear and structured training process.

At Legacy Personal Training in Scottsdale, every program is built around the individual. We focus on steady progress, proper movement, and consistency—so you can train with clarity and confidence.

A System Built for Consistency

One of the biggest challenges in fitness is staying consistent. Legacy Personal Training is designed to make that easier.

With flexible scheduling, members can train throughout the week with sessions available Monday through Friday from 5am–7pm and Saturday mornings. There is no session counting, allowing your training schedule to adapt to your lifestyle.

In addition to training, members have access to services such as nutrition coaching, stretch therapy, hormone therapy, and progress check-ins—creating a complete system that supports long-term results.
